  • Eudaimonic Happiness: This is a deeper, more enduring form of happiness that comes from living a life aligned with your values and purpose. It’s about achieving personal growth, self-acceptance, and fulfillment through meaningful activities and relationships.

While both forms of happiness are important, research suggests that eudaimonic happiness leads to a more sustained sense of well-being.
